Job Description:- Be able to mentor a small development team Participate in design and estimation discussions and help lead in task prioritization for team Help translate requirements into user-stories and actively participate in project lifecycle. Work closely with SA/ BA/ Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clear Support and mentor team members on day to day tasks. Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned modules Provide appropriate status updates and track project assignments on routine basis Actively participate in quality audits, reviews time to time
Desired Profile
Desired Skills: B. Tech. / MCA/ Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). 0to 8 years of experience. Hands on experience on PEGA PRPC. Must have good experience in Oracle. Must have worked on at least one Smart BPM project lifecycle. Should have string experience in development of Pega projects. Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines Very good verbal and written communication skills Extensive experience in skills Best Practices, Task Estimation, Unit Testing, Code Reviews, Risk Identification Basic understanding of US healthcare Should be open for Development and Support. Should be flexible to work in Shifts
