What You'll Do:

• Develop high performance distributed services and systems for PaGaLGuY Products
• Explore and implement new features at PaGaLGuY
• Create tools for experimenting, evaluating and optimizing product and systems performance.
• Improve reliability, scalability, efficiency and latency of servers and process

What We’re Looking For: ?

• A track record of solving problems and getting things done
• Highly productive developer in Python, Ruby, Scala, Java, C++ or similar
• Familiarity with information retrieval, recommendation system, and relevancy
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems
• Experience with search infrastructure a plus
• An obsessive desire to ship well tested, amazing software
