Software Developer

Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL), New Delhi, is engaged in scientific consultancy activities including information dissemination, development and maintenance of its websites (static as well as dynamic websites) for last 25 years. BCIL invites applications from young and dynamic candidates who could develop and maintain static as well as dynamic websites and also coordinate IT support.
Qualification : B. Tech. (IT/Computer Science)/M.C.A./ M.Sc. (Computer Science) with 1st division from a recognized and reputed institute/university.
Experience : 2-3 years of work experience in software programming such as ASP, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, .Net Framework, etc
Job Description :
• Development and maintenance of static as well as dynamic website using above software languages.
• Testing of developed online websites/ modules and ensuring security audit.
• Facilitate hosting of website on cloud or shared servers.
• Management of social media platform (twitter, facebook, etc)
• IT support for removing bugs, trouble shooting, coordination with AMC provider for hardware & software, weekly back up in tap drives, facilitate purchase of IT equipment etc.
Desirable: : • Working experience with companies/ organizations developing websites for Government Agencies and or hosted these websites on Government servers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Person having experience in handling social media platforms would be given additional preference

Consolidated Emoluments : Rs. 5.00 lakhs to Rs. 6.00 lakhs per annum depending on the qualification and relevant experience
The above post is contractual, initially for a period of one year with a scope of further extension depending on the performance.
