Job Description: -
Position: -* Service Engineers
Qualification:*- Diploma.
Salary:- 08,000 to 12,000
Experience:- Freshers to 01 Years.
Job Location :- Jasola (New Delhi)
Job Responsibilities:-
Manage all off site installation, repair and maintenance
Deliver service and support to service partner's engineers
Deliver service and support to service partners, dealers and end users by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
Keep service partners up-to-date with systems information, changes and updates
Accurately process and record all support incidents
Gather customers information and determine the issues by evaluating and analysing symptoms
Work with the technical service team on product lifecycle projects
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the Leica Geosystems Group of companies
Build positive relationships with customers
Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues as per customer specifications.
