Job Description: -

• Position: -* Service Engineers
• Qualification:*- Diploma.
• Salary:- 08,000 to 12,000
• Experience:-Freshers to 01 Years.
• Job Location :- : Jasola (New Delhi)

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage all off site installation, repair and maintenance
• Deliver service and support to service partner's engineers
• Deliver service and support to service partners, dealers and end users by telephone, e-mail and personal visit.
• Keep service partners up-to-date with systems information, changes and updates
• Accurately process and record all support incidents
• Gather customers information and determine the issues by evaluating and analysing symptoms
• Work with the technical service team on product lifecycle projects
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the Leica Geosystems Group of companies
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Follow standard processes and procedures
• Identify and escalate priority issues as per customer specifications.
