Reporting to: Service In-charge
Position Purpose: Handle corporate clients after sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Make call to corporate customer for service due of UPS and battery.
2) Follow up with customer for generation of revenue from AMC.
3) Co-ordination with technician, sales person, clients and various departments for planning of maintanence.
4) Checking and replying all e-mails, inward/outwards couriers etc.
5) Sending quotation of AMC, prepare AMC letter, AMC agreeement and repair quotation.
6) Follow up with customer for outstanding payments and AMC renewals. Update payment records of clients.
7) Prepare monthly maintenace schedule of corporate customer.
8) Take prior appointment with the customer and align for service of UPS & battery.
9) Taking time to time report from technician.
10) Prepare MIS report and submit to HOD on time.
11) Update & maintain report daily.
