Must have minimum 2-3 year’s relevant experience as Service Advisor-workshop

Good Communication skills

Candidate should have Degree in Automobile/Mechanical

Job Description:

Knows how and is able to prepare and conduct a service consultation

Should know relevant knowledge about warranty and goodwill conditions

Should have basic knowledge about workshop and repair process

Performs service consulting at the vehicle

Organises diagonis test drives for the service technician and workshop master technician

Prepares damage calculation for repaires

Prepares estimates taking into consider

Organises and checks product improvement
