Job Description:
Business development and Intelligence:
· Contribute to departmental business plans
· Collaborate with senior management to conceptualize and articulate the business strategy.
· Translate strategy into action - develop opportunities with new and existing clients/partners, track upcoming RFPs, lead proposal development teams, etc.
· Evaluate bidding and business opportunities
· Identify intelligence indicators and map potential competitors for specific bids
· Respond to requests for proposal (RfPs) and expressions of interest (EoIs) from potential clients
· Engage with potential clients – prepare and deliver presentations of proposals, track submitted bids and analyse reasons for success and failure
· Apply unique skills and interests to develop new opportunity domains
Project Support
· Contract signing and negotiation
· To support the maintenance of project accounts.
· Coordination with Project client regarding Payment.
Partnerships & Collaborations
· Take lead in scouting, shortlisting and selecting individuals and organizations for potential partnerships on bid-specific or general basis
· Liaison with partner organizations, consultants, vendors and other relevant agencies
Marketing & Outreach
· Take lead in creating space and ensuring visibility of the organization at relevant public events/workshops/seminars
· Creating avenues for dialogue with print and electronic media
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-5 Years
Annual CTC: 3-12 lacs
