Senior Web Developers

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to build HTML pages using a text editor without the assistance of a WYSIWYG
• A strong sense of visual style with exceptional graphic design skills specific to the Web, while working within the framework of client restrictions and guidelines
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Expert knowledge and usage of design software including Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Strong knowledge of email client/browser compatibility and Email/Web standards
• Expert knowledge of Email Marketing
• Knowledge of Web design best practices for creating user-focused designs
• Ability to execute on design projects – from concept through to production

Skills required (Mandatory):

• HTML, HTML5, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, WEB 2.0, DHTML, XHTML, Basic JavaScript & Basic SQL, CSS, CSS, XML and W3compliance.
• Knowledge of Flash and Exposure to responsive builds (ads, web-designs) and Knowledge on ExactTarget Platform would be a plus.

Experience required:

4+ years of hard core Web Development experience with PSD to HTML, News Letters & Web Designing.
