Senior Test Engineer (IEE)

Should be expertise in testing of the various IEE releases

Devising the test strategy, developing, reviewing and finalizing test plans

Creating and maintaining the necessary test environment for smooth execution of testingHands on testing of .NET web applications in Microsoft environment for functional as well as non-functional aspects

Based on test results, log the defects and track them to completion

Keeping track of the versions of the software being released and test results for each of them

Keeping the defect tracking system up-to-date w.r.t status, comments from developers, defect review comments etc.

Identify the areas of test automation and track them to completion

Provides guidance to junior test engineers in the following

Overcoming the hurdles in testing activities

Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Great coding skills and computer science fundamentals.

Strong problem solving abilities and ability to deliver results in pressure situations

Good communication skills
