Expertise in building multi-tier middleware for distributed applications using open source/Java, J2EE technology stack (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, Queues,CSS3 and JavaScript with ease).

Technology
The core technologies we use are Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA, Jhipster with AngularJS frontend. We use MySQL and MongoDB for most of our storage. At the center we have service-oriented architecture using Spring RESTful with Spring security and OAuth2.
Our mobile development track uses either hybrid or native approach (iOS and Android) to build mobile applications. The integrations are primarily enabled through REST services.
Our infrastructure entirely runs on Cloud foundry compatible cloud and we make use of many of their services (ClearDB, RabbitMQ, Mandrill/SendGrid, etc.). We like to use best open source tools and services available to achieve continuous deployment and continuous innovation.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent. We also welcome candidates from other majors with the above skills and interests.
• Programming knowledge in Java with 8+ years of experience
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Ability to do design and take technical ownership
• Ability and experience in managing small teams
• Mentoring teams towards achieving goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
