selling residential/commercial property/ project.

ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.

Will require to call
on leads given by company.

Attending walk-ins
customers.

Establishing,
maintaining and expanding the customer base.
·
Brief introduction
of ongoing new projects to prospective clients.
·
Handling client
inquiries on/off call.
·
Have to arrange site
visits of different projects in and around Sites.
·
Responsible for
handling all the pre / post sales queries of clients.
·
Ensure highest level
of customer satisfaction.
·
Business Development
via generating more and more referrals from existing clients.
·
Preparing monthly
MIS in respect to sales.
·
Perform any related
duties and special projects as instructed by reporting manager.
·
Any other task given
by management .
·
Handling telecaller
team and generate the lead.
