Senior Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant , Location - Abu Dhabi

Candidates with implementation and support experience on Oracle 11i HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Learning Management (I recruitment and Time &Labor Knowledge will be an added advantage).
Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for extensions/customizations.
Knowledge of Interface Tables and APIs.
Thorough knowledge of AIM methodology, its phases and deliverables.
Knowledge of Multi-Org is compulsory.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff.
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.
Able to build productive client relationships.
Flexible about work content and location and able to work independently with the client on site.
