Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai,  (3 Openings)

Experience : 3 yrs as Sales / Business Development mandatory

Salary: 4.0 Lac to 6.5 Lac (annually)

Qualification: 

Working Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ) | Male Only, 6 Days, Note:one week off between Monday to Friday

 

Job Description:

To prospect and retain clients.

To achieve budgeted targets in terms of a number of clients/volume of business & assets.

To understand student and parent needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services.

To recommend strategies students can use to achieve their career objectives, including specific

recommendations in areas such as time management and study planning.

To ensure a one-point relationship for the client both on field and over phone.

To contact parents periodically and determine if they are satisfied with the service and returns generated.

To provide various performance reports and summaries of students to the parent.

To build and maintain client bases, along with relevant comments/remarks for future reference.

To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities.

To prepare the MIS reports in the specified formats.

To handle customer complaints and coordinate with a support team to resolve complaints.

Keeping track of competitor activities and analyzing latest market trends.
