Base Location - Mohali Brand Management: - Define, develop and implement the brand strategy, product road map and marketing promotions to drive preference and enhance the brand experience. - Preparation of marketing plan and budget for each brand/product, translate the approved plans into a marketing calendar and monitor achievement of the same - Save guarding the brand across all interfaces Communication :- Create both thematic & tactical advertising right from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring brand values and strategies are reflected in consumer communication encompassing essential mediums like Press, Outdoor, Events, Radio, collateral etc. developing above and below the line campaigns for each brand/product/service, keeping in line with the strategies adopted. Responsible for ensuring that the advertising and promotion expenditure provides maximum return in terms of enhancing ITP & TOMA - Coordinate, brief, review & strategize with external agencies Media Planning: - Devising the overall media strategy for campaigns and ensuring their alignment with campaign objective. Market Research: - Initiate market research and dipstick studies to understand market segments, current & future needs, product & pricing policies, brand image, competition and perception etc in order to facilitate/plan marketing strategies. Event, Promotion and tie-ups: - - Conceptualization and implementation of internal and external events i.e. Entertainment, Corporate and Celebration - Conceptualizing and implementing pre/post launch promotional & tie-up activities
