EXPERIENCE Candidate should have an experience of 8-15 years in the International Marketing of any of the products: Adhesives, BOPP films, Printing & Lamination Machines, Printing & Packaging Material, Consumables like ink, Paper, Wash, Fountain etc. QUALIFICATION Candidate preferably should have B.Tech / Diploma/ B.Sc in any stream. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES » Exploring & developing new business opportunities in overseas market. » Create & Enhance long term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. » Handle customer's enquiries & complaints. » Should be able to lead the entire Export Marketing team. » Ensure that all daily communication is both effective & timely. » Supervise team's export marketing activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction & on time delivery. » Work close with production units to ensure that the customer's requirements are interpreted & executed. SKILLS » Excellent communication and negotiation skills. » Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. » Handle a team and achieve sales target. » Achieve sales figures and work under pressure. » Highly motivated to augment our aggressive growth plan. » Should have a strong personality. » Good in client Interaction/ Servicing.
