Senior Interior Designer for the Architectural

We have an opening with leading Architect comp, Mumbai.
Position:-Sr. interior designer
Location:-Mumbai

.Sr. Interior Designer:
B.Arch / Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing. Degree or diploma from reputed & approved institute. Preference will be given for additional qualification.
Should have knowledge of CAD/3D/word/excel software.
5+ yrs & above experience required after acquiring all educational qualifications. Experience in Commercial /Corporate interior, Hospitality Interiors ,Well versed with BOQ and Estimation.
Should have handled completely at least 1 projects of 10,000 sq. ft & above from presentation to the completion of project.
Creative vision in interior.
Knowledge of new products & sourcing ability.
Presentation to the client, ability of cost effectiveness in selection of materials.
To handle turn-key projects independently.
To give detail design/alternate products within the same cost.
Responsible to complete the project in same cost & time.
To convince the client our design concept & confidence to convince the client our ability to design & deliver the project to their satisfaction.
Assessment of design requirement, process flow & ensure compliance to the project schedule.
To review performance of team members on project milestones / scheduled intervals.
Coordinate with site team to ensure that complete information in terms of site analysis / 
requirement brief / local bye laws is available in order to design.
Responsible for entire project design, specifications, client satisfaction & ensure the approval for every deviation in design & cost for client in conformity with project manager.
