A leading Architect and Interior Designing Company are presently hiring a Senior Interior Designer -Commercial projects for its Mumbai office.
Desired Candidate :
Should have rich experience in Turnkey projects with any reputed Interior or Architect company
Must be Diploma or Degree in Architect and Interior Designing course.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior position in Commercial projects
Job Profile :
Take detail measurements from the supervisor.
Drafting measurement layouts, furniture layouts & all detail drawings.
Preparing & conducting presentations with the client.
Supervising the work being done at Site.
Coordinating with various consultants.
Assisting the client to market for material selection and purchase.
Visiting client premises to check the finishing of the interior work.
Designing the layout & give the drawing to Vendors.
Handle a team.
Prepare accurate BOM & BOQ.
Site Supervision.
Getting the layout approved in the least amount of changes.
Reduce internal as well as a project cost.
Salary: As per the market norms (On Permanent basis )
