Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, performing checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Support other functions as assigned

Recruitment:
Job Description Management
Identify candidate
Identify the source for hiring, job posting, Screening, Shortlisting
Interview the candidate,
Coordinate the interview with the respective department
Issuance offer letters
Collection of Documents for Visa related process.
HR Operations & Administration :
Joining formalities.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
Coordinate with finance department for F&F Settlement
Issuing staff letters
Staff Insurance Administration including additions, deletions, claims etc.
Coordinating with PRO department on day to day basis for all staff visa and related requirements such as new visa, cancellation, renewals, amendments etc.
Employee Relation:
First point of contact for the staff
Expected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance,and Transfer etc
They should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
Handling all grievances and staff complaints including warning letters
Coordinating & Handling all staff seminars, trainings, workshops & events
Payroll & MIS Management SAP:
Responsible for entire Payroll operations
Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data on SAP
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave,
Attendances, and Overtime & wages.
Processing payroll accurately and timely on monthly basis.
Hiring & firing on the system.
Maintaining updated and accurate staff data on real time basis.
Managing staff personal files and records including sensitive legal documents.
Providing all types of reports and data to GHRM/GM & Senior Management
Strategic HR & Projects:
Handling “ad hoc” projects when required by the managements.
Working and providing inputs for improvement of policies and procedures.
Support the GHRM/GM in any comp & ben project including market surveys etc.
Learning & Developing projects(L&D)
Providing support to HQ for any staff or business events.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources /Finance or a related discipline
A minimum of four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
SAP user knowledge is a must.
