Prior Experience: 1 - 3 years experience working with a digital marketing agency, with strong experience in digital designs, including social media creative.
Nature: Full time
Time Commitment: 48 hours/week
Reports to: Creative Head
Expected CTC:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Designing Social media creative
a) Research on the brand, target customers, key competitors and trends in the market.
b) Executing the design strategy, and creating Social media creative, display ads and other digital designs.
2. Coordinating with Account Manager and Content head
a) Understanding the client expectations, and coordinating with the Account manager for timely delivery of the campaigns.
b) Actively contribute in account planning and design strategy.
3. People Management
a) Managing a team of 4-5 graphic designers, tracking their work and holding them accountable for the targets.
b) Responsible for learning and development of the design team.
Skills and Competency:
1. Well versed with design softwares, such as Photoshop,Illutrator,Coral Draw.
2. Video editing skills: Basic understanding of video editing and using after affects, and knowledge of creating Gifs.
3. Marketing Perspective: Ability to communicate effectively through designs, and awareness of the market trends.
4. Professional approach to time, cost and deadlines.
5. People Management: Ability to effectively track, train and drive people to achieve the targets.
