The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the overall training programs being conducted in the state by B-ABLE for upgrading the skills under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana). In addition, he/she will be coordinating with trainers and students to ensure that the learning objectives are met and they are able to clear the assessments successfully within the given time frame.
Principal Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate and timely physical audits across the B-ABLE.
Compile observations and create Audit Reports.
Assist the Senior Auditor in preparing and managing audit related work of B-ABLE.
Provide Audit analysis on time to time.
Guide center teams on correct process and standards, where gaps are observed.
Suggest changes/additions to Audit items based on field experience and business requirements.
Identify and communicate audit issues, technical matters and improvement opportunities with senior associates, managers and partners to resolve client issues discovered during the audit process.
Qualification & Experience:
2 – 3 years’ experience in auditing. Should be Graduate in any stream.
Excellent Communication and IT Skills.
Should be mature to handle the audits.
Qualified auditor with a keen auditing sense and substantial experience of audit and should be unbiased
