· To understand the travel business of Griffin.
· Management of Key Marine Accounts Developing new and retaining existing Clients.
· Meeting clients regularly . Taking their feedback and addressing issues affecting the business.
· Making follow-ups calls & visits. .
· To be available on call to assist with any emergency travel situation.
· Coordinate in escalation of visa cases for clients.
· Handling Corporate Sales Presentations, Preparing Operational Procedures.
· MIS Deliver Periodic Reports to the Clients & highlight areas of cost saving.
· Credit Control -- Liaise together with the Accounts Department & follow up for delayed payments.
· Coordinate with Accounts team & client to resolve accounting issues.
· Candidates applying must have relevant experience and a proven record in Client Relationship Management, and be process oriented with strong presentation skills.
· Travel experience is mandatory.
