Compile monthly content request sheet received from SEO Team Leaders.
Allocate content to in-house and freelance writers.
Coordinate multiple schedules of writers and allocate content according to their availability.
Compile and allocate any additional content requests on a timely basis.
Ensure clear and open communication between writers, clients and the team leaders.
Maintain a daily record of all the content received and sent to respective teams.
Ensure that work received from freelance writers is edited and sent to respective teams on a timely basis.
Develop a continuous and reliable pool of freelance writers for various client niches.
What You Need:
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Strong leadership skills.
The desired candidate must possess demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem solving environment.
Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal instruction. You must use your own sound judgment to decide the best course of action for your projects.
Proven project management skills.
Have a great, positive and upbeat attitude.
Bachelors and/or Master's degree in any of the following areas;
a. Communications
b. Marketing
c. Business Administration
2-4 years experience with content editing and coordination. Agency experience desired.
