Role:

Managing
consulting projects (project management) & maintaining client
relationships.

Primary accountability for financial
analysis, valuations, feasibility reports and modeling


for due diligence projects and the
development of business strategy / plans.

Supervise and mentor professional staff
while maintaining high levels of staff utilization.


Candidate profile:


·
Must
have hands on experience of feasibility studies, financial modeling, business
plans


·
Additional
experience desirable are mergers and acquisition, due diligence business valuations,
portfolio analysis, investment strategy etc.


·
Excellent project management skills with
ability to produce quality work project with an attention to detail.


·
Strong verbal and written communication
skills, reporting writing skill, presentation skills.

Qualification: CA / CFA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
