Above 2 years of experience in an international BPO (voice processed preferred) Willing to work in shifts Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate Should be diligent and smart in gathering information Should be able to arrange travel and accommodation Should be able to schedule meetings and day to day correspondences Organizing and maintaining calendars and making appointments Should be involved in various administrative and support duties Desired Skills: With effective verbal and listening Skills Communications skills Should have computer skills including ability to work with MS Office specially Outlook Should be confident, honest and trustworthy, and demonstrate sound work ethics
