Should have worked in SAP Merlin support ( Contact center) or implementation project for about 2 years Should have Knowledge of SAP Merlin Contact Centre configuration, including Queues, Queue groups, Reporting groups, Agent & Configuration group settings Able to evaluate what the requests, questions, issues from the business are, and be able to resolve them (on their own or with the help from the Merlin helpdesk and/or support portal) Should have knowledge of SAP CRM ( functional) SAP Merlin certification will be added advantage
