SAP BO Reporting Analyst

The reporting analyst examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports such as IT
Operational Reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control. Reviews reports
to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution
and purpose or function of report. Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or
receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements. Recommends
establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content
and completeness of information. Develop and support the Business Intelligence environment for
Self-Service Reports via usage of SAP BO Web Intelligence and Universes for supporting the
requests of simple common reports, and generic Dashboard Environment for supporting the IT
Service Management processes at Amadeus Data Processing.

Major Responsibilities:
_Support the Business Objects and Crystal reporting environments for existing and new
customers.
_Support (and Administrate) the Business Objects (SAP BO) infrastructure.
_Implement and automate reporting requests including data collection, qualification and
report distribution.

Relevant Job Experience:
The required skills are those must have skills, which are required to fulfil the position (of course, it
is a given that an appropriate training program can cover some of the skills).
_University degree or equivalent professional experience
_Knowledge in one of the following tools or sound knowledge in several:
Business Objects (Enterprise, Reports, Analyse and/or Data Universe).
Standard and advanced SQL.
Microsoft Office Suite.
_Strong knowledge and comprehension of technology and data management used in the
process of collecting, storing and retrieving data.
_Strong analytical skills.
_Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc requests.
_Self-starter, highly motivated, proactive, strong organizational skills.
_Possess highly effective communication skills.
_Attention to details, in particular as it relates to completeness and accuracy of data.
_Good skills in both spoken and written English.
_At least 3 years of experience in an ICT Company.

Desired skills are skills which are not strictly required, but are desirable:
_Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices.
_Possess highly effective communication skills.
_Knowledge of ITIL framework or COBIT.
_Educational background in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
_Experience working with financial and operational data.
