Job Description:
The duties of the Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement comprehensive training and re-training programs for the sales members.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare new Sales Executives by conducting extensive training on our services & sales processes with one-to-one approach towards trainees.
• Determine training needs by listening to sales representatives calls, observing sales encounters, studying sales-results reports; conferring with sales managers.
• Improve training effectiveness by developing sales-oriented approaches and techniques, making support readily available to trainees, integrating support with routine job functions of sales representatives.
• Upgrade job knowledge of sales executives by make them participate in educational-fun-programs, maintaining positive work-culture and progressive work-atmosphere at all platforms of our organizations.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 P.A.

• Well developed communication skills; both oral and written
• Ability to guide, gain trust and positively influence trainees
• High level interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
• Adheres to core values and establish them at all times with a great level of patience
• Functional IT skills
Desirable skills and experience:
• Sound learning and training skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales training
