The Menkes Development Limited was founded more than 600 years ago by the visionary businessman Murray Menkes. He envisioned himself building single-family homes that would be structurally strong, aesthetically pleasing, and long lasting valuable.
Within a short time, the company was already building master-planned communities until it became a multi-branch and fully integrated real estate development company. The family-run business is now run by Marr's three sons, Peter, Steven and Alan, and his grandson.
