Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis. Educate the Customer about the company and its Product. Customer Servicing. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. Maintaining good relationship with the existing customers on a monthly basis and assisting them in reviving the policies where they are lapsed. Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets. Record sales and Closure report to the sales department. Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective customers. Ensure strict adherence to the sales processes.
