Job summary:
To Exclusively represent Qtel and work target based for Corporate Technical IT sales profile for new concepts solution in banking, transportation, utility, bill-pay, feedback management , Visitor management ,customer handling.
Responsibilities:
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• gathering market and customer information;
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering sale day by day communication into Lead module software.
• reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
• Preparation of product information Kit.
• Preparing & mail list & posting to prospects.
• Nature & expand relations with existing clients
Basic Skills:
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
• High Energy, go getter and a pro-active personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently
• Effective social media skills and presence
• Should have adequate knowledge of IT/Software selling including conceptual selling.
• Good knowledge of software industry norms and standard practices.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills in sales, marketing and business strategy.
• Good understanding of sales cycles, Prospect buying processes key factors behind the winning deal.
• Excellent professional networking and relationship building skills & Team Player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Submit quotes to customers and negotiate as necessary to secure the contracts
• Knowledge on MS Office & preparation of product marketing kit.

• Experience in Software Solution/IT Solution Sales over the Internet to institutions e.g. Telecom Operators, Banks, Financial Institutions, Service Providers, Corporate, etc.
