We are presently looking for Sales Manager for our Mumbai office. Brief JD is given below:
Job Summary:
The primary role of the Sales Manager is driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and renewal and achieve the targets set by the company.
Active participation in updating CRM and adhere internal to sales processes to achieve functional goals.
Business Development and Revenue Generation:
Meet the revenue generation target set for the year by:
Business development – Capture New clients
Renewal of existing Accounts
Competitor analysis
Timely collection of receivables
Lead Generation
Use innovative methods of lead generationthrough cold calls, portals, social media campaigns
Customer Relationship
Ensuring SOPs around order processing is followed
Meet with clients on an ongoing basis to review satisfaction with the sales/implementation process.
Ensure team conduct service calls once a month with each customer
Product Knowledge
Have complete understanding of the Product and ongoing upgrades
Understands the strength and weakness of the product vis-a-vis competition
Implement CRM :
Ensure team members are updating the CRM on a daily basis with all relevant inputs
Ensure attendance report, Opty reports, pipleline reports are updated
Conduct review meetings based on CRM MIS reports
Collaboration with all stakeholders in Sales Process
To participate in meeting that are conducted with BD, Sales, Support ,Accounts to ensure that feedback the customers is conveyed to internal teams.
Update customers on all related developments
Brading : External and Internal
Responsible for participating in all activities related to Branding
Follow the brand guidelines as laid down by the management
Reports:
Publish management related daily,weekly,monthly reports
Attend and participate in all related meetings
Training :
Attend relevant trainings and knowledge sharing sessions.
Domain Expertise :
· Networking and engagement with client on a regular basis to keep update with latest trends and insights of industry
· Participate in conferences and exhibitions wrt Real Estate.
