Sales Manager

Job Specifications:

Must have minimum of 10+ years  experience in in retail sales preferably in consumer durables or allied product line .

Must have relevant experience of 5-6 years as Sales Manager in UAE.

Good knowledge of local UAE market and prospective export oriented markets and consumer preference.

Should have good communication skills in English.

Must Graduate/ Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Job Description:

Prepare business plan to identify untapped Sales Avenue and generate sales enquiries for consumer appliances and achieve top line sales revenue of the team.
Develop & implement an effective plan to set up new distribution channels or partners.

Regularly conduct market research and compile market information on customer preferences and build up new channels & sales techniques to foster sales.

Conduct due diligence on prospective business partners and present the report to Supervisor for approvals & short listing of dealers.

Maintain cordial relationship with established business associates/networks to ensure continued business.

Conduct regular follow up with team on credit outstanding & provide cash flow status report to supervisor.

Plan & implement events schedule in coordination with Marketing team for product campaigns/trade marketing/product launch program to be showcased at distributor location also arrange product trainings.
