Sales Manager – Team Leader
About the role:
Are you sales obsessed, smart and analytical, strategic yet execution focused and passionate about E- commerce Do you have proven experience building and managing strong teams If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you. We are seeking the experienced leaders with strong customer management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-The objective is to deliver on-going new business growth for opportunities of all sizes by prospecting as well as integrating alternate sales channels.
-Manage and grow a mid to large sized team of business specialists.
-Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.
-Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers who want to list their products on OneHop’s Fashion App across multiple categories.
-To work with sellers to set and meet targets to deliver high-quality fashion products.
Prior experience and skills:
-Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
-3-4 years of experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
-Bachelor's Degree, MBA is preferred.
-Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
-Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
-Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
