Job Description
- Attending inbound calls and interacting with customers.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Upselling the product and closing deals.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Feeding and maintaining customer records in the system.
- Closing deals and bagging high incentives!
Skills required
- Strong command over English Language.
- Candidates with prior sales experience in international market will be preferred.
- Candidates possessing 'never give up' attitude.
