Job Description:
A Sr. Sales Executive’s is expected to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Sr. Sales Executive will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful sales closures based on customer needs.
Areas of Responsibility:
· Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
· Help customers understand our solutions through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
· Generating new sales contacts, leads and opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
· Forecast, track and report all owned deals / opportunities
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
· Responsible to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
· Liaise between the customer and internal teams
· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
KPIs / Objectives:
· Customer Contact to Prospect conversion. (Ratio and duration will be defined as per current Company Sales KPIs)
· Customer Prospect to Lead conversion. (Ratio and duration will be defined as per current Company Sales KPIs)
· Lead to Deal / Opportunity conversion. (Ratio and duration will be defined as per current Company Sales KPIs)
· Deal / Opportunity to Sale conversion. (Ratio and duration will be defined as per current Company Sales KPIs)
· Sales C-Sat score (will be defined as per current Company Sales KPIs)
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
· Experience of 4-6 years
· Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience in a similar IT Industry.
· Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Promptness, crisp and clear thought as well as speech
· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-5 years
