1. Manage sales of various ingredeients to personal & home care customers through
sustained growth and new business development.
2. To achieve business plan in terms of sales turnover, sales volume and growth %
3. To identify sales opportunities and define ways and means of developing the business
4. To liaise with all key accounts and other customers to sustain the sales growth through
good customer relationship management processes
5. To forecast sales accurately to meet customer requirements on a timely basis and also
assist business to meet the inventory level targets
6. Report market intelligence and operational details by way of visit reports
7. To build relationship with various stake holders (Purchase / R&D / Production / Sourcing)
at customers end to ensure continuity of business relationship
Job Requirement/Specification:-
Others (specified) Knowledge of one of the vernaculars (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu)
specialty chemicals market
would be an added advantage
Well acquainted with functional competencies like - Good
command of spoken and written English, Knowledge in
budgeting, contracting, purchasing practices, policies and
procedures, Computer literate and Administration and
presentation skills
Should exhibit behavioural competencies like - Outgoing,
aggressive, cooperative and eager to succeed, Result orientate
and able to deliver sales target within the stipulated timeline and
budget, Customer service, Self management
