Designation : Sales Executive.
Reporting to : Sales Manager
Salary range : AED 6000 – AED 7000
Job Description :
1. Responsible for completing the sales targets assigned by Commercial Director/mgmt.
2. Responsible to explore/work on the leads assigned by CD.
3. Meeting customers to discuss lead & enquires
4. Responsible for analyzing enquires with our capabilities & discuss with CD to fulfill the requirements.
5. Record the enquiry details in the register (use FM/22 for non-oracle/for oracle QTN request QA/QC for item creation)
6. Request purchaser to receive offer from foreign supplier for non-stock items (with same Ref no)
7. Discuss technical issues with QA/QA for a better quotation to customer.
8. Receive offers from foreign manufacturer/vendor through purchaser, analyze the manufacturer/vendor offer towards compliance of customer requirements. In case of any problem/difficulties discuss the matter with CD.
9. Prepare Quotation compiling all the techno-commercial clarification to customer. In case of any ambiguities, discuss with customers for clarity.
10. Meet/Discuss with customer for an order, with or without involvement of CD.
11. Upon receipt of an order, analyze the order thoroughly with regards to offer/quotation made. Clarify any ambiguities & receive acceptance in writing from customer to avoid any problems/difficulties/delays in delivery.
12. Prepare the sales order (for non-oracle-use Sales Register/for oracle,system generated number). Use the reference number for all future correspondence. Identify clearly the items details whether stock or non-stock, delivery terms agreed with customer, mode of payment, mode of shipment, any modification of material is applicable (machining/galvanizing) any technical requirements to comply eg(NDT or destructive test) or any additional marking, color coding, MRB etc.
13. Request purchasers for the procurement of non-stock material (identify the supplier & its offer from manufacturer/vendor received earlier for easy reference).
14. Discuss with Finance for customer’s status & seek approval of sales order before forwarding to Operations for delivery.
15. Discuss with Finance for any LC involvement.
16. Forward the file to Operations department for sales order execution/delivery.
Skills required:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales
Trading industry exposure must.
Must be PC literate and skilled in MS office and product presentation skills.
Strong team player and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with customers individually with maturity and confidence
Possess good communication skills.
Commercial market awareness
Good Negotiation skills
Excellent in Numerical skills
UAE driving license is mandatory.
