I. JOB SUMMARY
Sales Executive is responsible in developing and generating sales leads and contact potential clients to build long term business relationship with Al Khoory properties. Build strong relationships with Customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
II. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Effectively handle all incoming group enquiries, negotiate effectively to confirm the business and contract as per Al Khoory hotel standards.
• Finalize daily sales calls and monitors daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Promoting the Sales of CDD, which includes selling of business facilities, membership, accommodation, Food & Beverage
• Update files concerning Sales activities
• Ensure Guest Courtesy.
• Responsible for the contacts with the corporate companies and for correspondence
• Introduce new promotion from CDD to the corporate sector
• Telemarketing
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage for confirmed conferences / meetings from corporate sector.
• Coordination with other departments regarding client’s explicit need and urgency of the situations.
• Contact with guest, clients and community organizations.
• Performs duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
