*The primary role is to
canvass for sale of Nitco Tiles to past, present & future customers.
* Must plan convincing sales pitches to potential
clients.
* Must develop a strong
relationship with clients.
* Also required to grow
and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to
clients.
* Products include
concrete pavers, terrazzo tiles, marble & GFRG, Formglas.
* Thorough knowledge of
the market, customer base & competitive products & competitors.
New Business Development
* Prospect for potential new clients and turn
this into increased business.
* Cold call as appropriate within your market
or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Meet potential clients by growing,
maintaining and leveraging your network.
* Identify potential clients and the decision
makers and company’s leaders/Principals.

* Strategic
planning is a key part of this job in order to develop the pipeline of new
business coming to the company.
* Visit industry events, conferences &
trade fairs.
* Using knowledge of the market &
competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and
