Define
and implement business development and sales strategies for growing
our commercial construction profile.
Travel
to visit potential customers, getting involved in an early stage of
new projects, establishing reports and advising customers on
potential solutions.
Own
and hit annual sales targets set for our Structural Steel commercial
vertical.
Build
and maintain strong, productive, long-lasting customer
relationships.
Lead
holistic presentations showcasing AIC’s capabilities and value
proposition to contractors, consultants and end users to bid for
structural steel construction projects.
Partner
with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Aggressively
increase market share and closely monitor upcoming projects in the
UAE region.
Maintain
awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscapes
and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and
strategic direction of accounts.
Foster,
promote and facilitate cross-selling of company-wide products,
services and capabilities in order to capitalize on the production
capacities available at AIC plants.
Ensure
regular sales progress and reporting structure encompassing sales
activities, productivity reports, pipelining and forecast.
