Job Title / Designation: Sales Engineer

Job Description:       

• To perform all the sales & marketing activities for promoting & generating business for automation products range like PLC/DRIVES/HMI/SCADA and Field Instruments.
• Should be aware of estimation of control panels, PLC based systems
• Should be able to generate proposal BOM, System Architecture.
• Taking care of top clients through proper & effective solution/support to them.
• Identify the new potential customers by physical visits to them.
• Requirement analysis and providing solution as per the application required by the customer.
• Negotiation & order finalization.
• Timely reporting to HOD through proper channel and record maintaining.
• Coordinating with the technical team to provide a solution that addresses the clients problem or make a joint visit with a project/service engineer.
• Attending to client concerns & complaints undertaking steps to effectively resolve them by physically visit them time to time.
• Generate the leads for inquiry (Products/Control Panels/Turn key Projects)/order generation, understanding the client requirement/scope of work.

Mandatory Skills Set:

• Should have a work experience of 2 to 4 years in the field of Control System Sales / Marketing.
• Preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
• Commercial discussion and negotiation with customers for closing the orders.
• Reporting to the respective senior fellows about daily visits by phone calls & submitting weekly visiting reports.
• Maintaining & developing the client relationship.
• Maintaining customer database.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Should have a work experience of 2 to 4 years in the field of Control System Sales / Marketing.

Annual CTC: 3.0 - 3.5L PA

Minimum Education Requirements:  B.Tech/B.E./Diploma - Electrical, Electronics / Telecommunication. MBA will be added advantage.
