- To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the respective Regional Manager
- Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations
- Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products. Takes initiative & proposes/plans/executes key activities viz. Seminars / Webinars / Mailing campaigns with RM/BM to maximize business opportunities.
- Has flair towards learning various Applications
- To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
- Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM
- Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
