Our client is an small Indian company - A manufacturer of equipment's required by laundries, dry cleaning and garment cos.... Position - Sales Co-ordinator Location - Sarjapur Road, Bangalore Experience - 6-10 years working in spare part sales for any industry (automobile, agriculture equipment, etc) / 6-10 years experience as a stores in charge where the items are mechanical/electric/pneumatic in nature.* Description: The candidate will be responsible to: 1. Receive enquiries via email and phone and sending quotations and / or proforma invoices. 2. Enter new orders received from the customer into excel 3. Follow up with the stores department and respective factory / production unit to ensure the item has been dispatched 4. Update the dispatch details to the customer. 5. Work with the stores and purchase department to ensure sufficient stock of regular items is available. a. This includes planning for long lead / imported items. 6. Work with the branch offices to confirm the stock that is available with them. Skills: The candidate should have the below skills: 1. Computer skills including using MS Outlook or outlook express. They should be able to handle answering upto 70-90 emails / day 2. Candidate needs to have good enough memory to remember basic facts. 3. Good written and spoken English. Basic spoken hindi is helpful 4. Ability to work with customers (i.e. patient and understanding) A diploma/degree holder will be considered to be a better candidate although that is not mandatory Salary - As per Industry Standards 6 days working
