Designation: Sales and Marketing Fresher
Job Description:
A leading IT Company is looking for freshers who are willing to learn and grow their career in Sales & Marketing (Executive) profile. Sales executives promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits.
Responsibilities:
-Will be responsible for selling our services.
-Generate leads through calls and by applying different marketing strategies.
-Will individually work within the assigned region.
-Follow-ups with prospective clients.
-To send proposals to the prospects & close the sale.
-Would be responsible to achieve Quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue.
-Should build a strong relationship with existing clients and generate references through them.
-Should be able to handle a team of sales executives and generate business through them.
-Will report to Director of Sales.
Requirement:
Exp: Fresher
Qualification : Any Graduate with good verbal & written communication skills.
Skills:
-Identifying new sales leads
-Pitching products and or services
-Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
-Coordinating with clients amp team for end to end delivery
-Handling end to end needs of clients
-Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills
-Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper management
-Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
-Outstanding organizational skills
-Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
