Security Training Administration Man ManagementJob Profile / Role Description:
1. Preparation, streamlining and coordination of all Processes, Standards, Procedures & Systems in the security department.(Including Gate Security)
2. Analysis and monitoring of all existing Security Processes, Standards, Procedures & Systems and activities, documentation and compliance & undertake corrective measure.
3. Risk identification & assessment with respect to various security related risks and outline mitigation measures
4. Study / analysis, planning, budgeting and short listing – equipment, systems and vendors – incorporation of latest security systems and processes.
5. Management, maintenance and smooth operation of existing security infrastructure.
6. Maintenance and up-dation of all documentation/Records with respect to Security Dept.
7. Planning, conduct and documentation of training of guards.
8. Liaison with Govt and Law Enforcement authorities for smooth functioning.
Educational Qualification:
1. Immediate Joining
2. Person who can stay at working location preferable)
3. Should be an ex-service men ( from Army – Captain / Major / Lt Col/Col)
4. Prior work experience in a Manufacturing / Industrial concern is preferable
5. Experience in handling both physical security and electronic security
