Travel Sales Leisure Customer Service Staff Management retail salesJob Purpose :
Establish, design and develop Leisure From Retail (walk-in) and Corp from in house and out of RHG. Get the best partnership deal(s) From the supplier to be benefited to RTT as well as RHG. Manage and drive business build up with his team to be among top 10 agencies in area of operations.
Snapshot of some principal Accountabilities:
100% abidance and compliance of all associated partners, such as SCTA, IATA, GDS, Airlines and Rawabi Holding.
Attending more customers.
Marketing activities (Weekly and monthly) as per RTT guidelines.
Ensure smoothness of daily operations.
Ensure all Leisure staff are providing premium services to their customers.
Ensure VIPs repeat business.
Ensure every agent is managing their accounts efficiently
Minimum Required Skills/ Experience/ Training
- Professional.
Management skills.
Knowledge of basic computer programs including email, GDS, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Problem solving skills.
Communication skills.
Excellent English, both spoken and written.
Customer Service understanding.
Planning and organizing
Strong presentation skills both in public and group situations to a wide range of people including customers, partners and managers
Minimum 10 years in travel industry.
Minimum 2 years as Retails & Leisure Supervisor.
