Job Description:
Primary responsibility of a research analyst is to work with project managers/research managers on projects and proposals, with responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to internal and external clients.
The Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst is responsible for:
· Conducting thorough literature search and secondary research on various medical device markets, therapeutic areas etc.
· Performing primary research and interviewing medical specialists, and other key stakeholders in the hospital and healthcare industry across all major emerging markets
· Publishing articles, white-papers, analyst view-points and ethnography based reports in the med-tech industry
· Day to day involvement with projects, including drafting proposals, discussion guide design, data analysis, interpretation and development of recommendations, and preparation of presentations for C-level executives in the medical device industry
· Undertaking client presentations while accompanied by senior team members
· Working with the management and contributing towards overall growth of the organization
Qualifications:
· University degree with a Masters’ qualification (MBA/ Biomedical Engineering/Pharmacy/Life Sciences)
· Knowledge & Skills (including functional knowledge, business expertise and people skills)
Experience:
· 0-1 years (or 1-2 years) of experience in a medical/healthcare market research agency/consulting firm/syndicated business as research associate / Research Analyst
· Experience in report writing
· Experience in consulting projects and custom market research studies
Requirements:
