Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of claims for all the 12
dealerships.

·
Co-ordination with insurance company for
claim settlements.

·
Getting the survey and claim payment done
within specified TAT.

·
Deputation of surveyors within specified
TAT.

·
Ensuring customer satisfaction (Claim
amount Vs Claim paid)

·
Policies endorsement.

·
Co-ordination between my TVS for road side
assistance and customer.

·
Cashless settlement of dealers within
specified TAT.

·
Co-ordination with sales team for smooth
flow of process.

·
Ensuring End to end follow-up of claims and
customer satisfaction with help of telecallers.

Position
Requirements:

·
Good communication (English & Hindi)

·
Soft spoken, Courteous and cheerful nature.

·
Passionate and energetic.

·
High level of patience
will be required.

·
Sound knowledge of GI products (Specifically Motor Domain)

Education:

Any
Intermediate/Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience
in automobile sector is Must

Shift Timing: Normal Day Shift
