Ensure Complete Accuracy and Transparency of process.
Working Cross Functionally across various Departments.
Minimize Surplus Stock in DC’s and Stores
Reduce Stock outs and lessen manual work by Monitoring highly Automated Forecasting and Replenishment Process.
While reducing Cost and Optimizing Inventory Levels.
Promotion Plan Execution.
Management of Expectations such as Trends/Seasonality etc.,
Management of Replenishment Parameters to Stores/DC (Target Stock/ROP)
Ensuring Replenishment Parameters are defined based on the nature of Category/Article.
Management of Periodic Deviation Reports between SAP and F&R.
